OFFICE IN HO CHI MINH CITY

This is front of my office in Center of Ho Chi Minh city, address is in 11 Duong Dinh Nghe, Ward 8, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This office is a working place for our sale and merchandising team, It's very close to 4 big fabric markets - Tan Binh, Kim Bien, Soai Kinh Lam, Dai Quang Minh. So that it's easy for us to make your samples or buy material for your products.

FACTORY

We have 3 factories in Dung Quoc, Duc Pho and Ho Chi Minh City.

FABRIC WAREHOUSE

This is our fabric warehouse where we keep fabric.

CUTTING

This is place we cut fabric. The number of layers can be up to 100 layers depend on fabric type.

On the top layer we marker it with printed paper make by Gerber Accumark maker software.

The worker cut it by cutting machines and wear safety glove.

 

SEWING LINE

QC

The QC department checks the final products of the lines and make sure all garments are checked before they move to the ironing and packing area.

Each line has a Quality Controller, they check the garments before they move to the QC area. If the QC area finds any mistakes then the line is penalised.

IRONING

 

Ironing is one of the last steps and is important for presentation of your products at the point of sale.

FOLDING AND PACKING

We iron, fold and put into poly bags in addition to attaching hang tags and desiccant bags to absorb moisture during shipment.

Our folding staff are the last to touch the garments before they are put into boxes.

When packing and labelling boxes we calculate the volumetric weight of a package.

2. Q: How many workers in factory?

A: We have 3 factories, which are more than 1500 workers totally.

3. Q: What is your main products?

A: T-shirt, Shirt, Dress, Jacket, Workwear, Student uniform, Hotel, Hospital and Spa uniform, gift clothing and some other accessories. 

4. Q: How to get a sample?

A: Please tell us what models you want, It would be free if we have stocks, and If we customized samples based on your specifications it will be charge, the sample cost will refund once order confirmed. It takes 5-7 working days.

5. Q:What’s your advantage?

6. Q:What is your Minimum quantity ?

A: For normal products: MOQ must be at least 100 pcs/color for one style. But price for that MOQ will be very high, If you want good price, your order should higher than 3000 pcs.

7. Q: How long to deliver the products?

A: The exact delivery date according to your customize style and quantity.

Sample making time is around 1-2 weeks 

Mass production time for 150-2000 pcs is 20 days , 2001- 10k pcs is 30 days , 10001-50k is 45 days.

If you choose the items which we have stock, we can deliver within 3 days.

8. Q. Can you make custom design

A: Yes, we can do custom design as your specifications.

We provide silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, digital printing, sublimation printing, embroidery, 3D embroidery, patch etc.
